New Year, New Rules

Find Hope this January at
Green Mountain at Fox Run

Going into a new year can be exciting – new goals, a fresh start, new motivation. But so many New Year’s resolutions revolve around the latest fad diet or exercise program. How many times have you made a new diet resolution for the new year, only to “fall off” by the end of January?

It’s not your fault. Simply put, diets don’t work. Diets typically focus on restrictions – sugar, carbs, fats, etc. But the more we deprive ourselves of a restricted food, the more we want it…and eventually, we give in and often overeat those very foods that we’ve been trying to avoid.

New Year, New Rules

And if weight loss is attained through dieting, it often isn’t lasting. In fact, research clearly shows that the majority of people gain back weight lost through dieting, and many of those gain more back than they lost.

The good news is, there is a sustainable answer that will work for you.

Start the new year with...

  • A sense of empowerment
  • Confidence
  • A renewed sense of what “healthy” really looks and feels like

In addition to our powerful core program, our special programming through the month of January will transform your wellness journey to help you start the new year with new “rules” that don’t include the word “diet”.

January special workshops include:

  • Being Good vs. Looking Good vs. Feeling Good: The Secret to Lasting Motivation
  • The Neuropsychology of Eating: Stress, Willpower & Your Brain
  • Optimizing Metabolic Health: Discovering Balance to Manage Blood Sugar & Insulin Resistance
  • Needing & Eating: Understanding Food Cravings
