We’re kicking off 2019 with new additions to our core mindfulness program, including: winter forest bathing, sound healing experience, expressive arts, and an optional immersion into silence.
Sound Healing Experience: Feel residual tension and stress melt away as the soothing tones and resonance of Crystal Singing Bowls help to harmonize and transform our subtle energy patterns and restore our vital energy centers to a balanced state of health and wellness.
Expressive Arts: Creative expression can help you slow down and experience the present moment. This class will help you to promote growth and healing through creative expression in art-based activities.
Winter Forest Bath*: Enjoy Vermont’s scenic landscape while practicing mindfulness by paying attention to the details of the present moment. Our outdoor meditative walks will take you snowshoeing through the wintery forest for an opportunity to become more present and reconnect with yourself while being surrounded and healed by nature. *weather permitting
Immersion into Silence: Further your meditative journey and gain clarity by removing all forms communicative distraction. By practicing a period of silent meditation, you will quiet the mind for a mental reboot, and will be more acutely tuned into your internal thoughts and feelings.
