You’ll explore our corner of the world on foot with our signature “Vermonting” hikes through the scenic countryside, apple picking at a local orchard, forest bathing amongst the beautiful colors, and more. Celebrate the season alongside other women on a similar journey. Develop a healthy relationship with food, exercise, and your body this fall. It all starts at the country’s premier program for helping women break the diet cycle for lasting, sustainable change.

Our pioneering non-diet strategies help women end the yo-yo cycle of weight loss and regain by focusing on an integrated health approach that incorporates nutrition, fitness, and behavior/emotional health. Take in the delights of fall in Vermont while you, too, transform with the changing of the season!

What to Expect: 

Each week in addition to our Core educational programming, you’ll set off on seasonal experiences that show off our world-renowned fall foliage.

Each week some of the activities you may experience include:

  • Leaf-peeping tour of Vermont backroads and covered bridges with a local guide
  • Hikes through Vermont’s scenic countryside
  • Apple picking at a local orchard
  • Cider making tour & mindful tasting at local farm
  • Forest bathing amongst the beautiful colors
  • Pumpkin carving and other season crafts

Our Core Program Highlights Include: 

  • Redefining healthy eating
  • Learning how to eat and changing your relationship with food
  • Enjoyable exercise – find activities you love and can continue at home
  • Understanding the emotions that cause you to overeat
  • Effective meal planning for the woman who has “too much on her plate”
