What's Included:

Rates include accommodations, meals, workshops, activities, fitness assessment, program materials, and taxes. All guest rooms have a bathroom and include daily housekeeping. Free WiFi internet access is provided to all guests. 

Programs Begin Every Sunday
Our program is offered weekly year-round, except the last 2 weeks of December. Registration begins on Sunday at 2 pm, dinner at 6 pm, with an orientation and tour at 7 pm. Programs conclude on Saturday after lunch around 1 pm. Those staying for multiple weeks typically take this opportunity to explore our beautiful area and to see Vermont.

Need an Extra Day Before or After Your Program?
No problem! Depending on your room type, we’ll prorate room and board fees to accommodate you.

Traveling Alone and Sharing Double or Triple Accommodations?
We will personally match you with an appropriate roommate.

Directions and Travel Information
Directions on how to reach us may be found on our Directions Page. For a fee, our Green Mountain Shuttle service will transport you to and from most regional airports, train and bus stations and rental car pick-up locations. Find out more by contacting us.

Rental Cars
Green Mountain at Fox Run has preferred pricing with many of the rental car companies in our area. While we keep you busy during the week, you may want to rent a car on weekends to see Vermont and New Hampshire,  and take advantage of antique & craft shows, summer stock theater and more. Ludlow sits in the heart some of Vermont’s best attractions.

Jump start your commitment to a healthy weight lifestyle or get back on track. This one intensive week includes all the essentials of our program to help you begin or reboot your wellness journey. Many participants successfully achieve goals after just one week at Green Mountain; some women return at a later time to continue for a more in-depth experience.

Our most popular program is designed specifically for busy women who want to develop new skills and practice them before returning home. If you have big goals for long-term success but have limited time, our two-week program may be the best program for you.

Our most comprehensive program featuring the full set of core workshops in nutrition, fitness/exercise physiology, emotional eating, binge eating and body image. This gives you the time to cement new ways of thinking and doing before you return to your busy life.

*Our four-week program has been evaluated for its long-term results. A medical peer-reviewed published study showed a five-year success rate more than 20 times that of other commercial or hospital-based programs. Long-term participants are better able to achieve lasting weight loss and improved health.

Room Types

Single Bedroom


Private Room – features a full/queen bed, desk, dresser, armchair and full private bathroom. In addition, all rooms are non-smoking, have access to wifi internet, daily housekeeping, and hairdryers are available upon request.

Shared Room — We offer two types of shared accommodations:

  1. A duplex with 2 full/queen beds on separate floors – This room type provides separate living spaces for each guest, with a shared bathroom.
  2. A traditional double room with 2 full/queen beds side by side – This room type is a traditional double room, often utilized by friends and family members.

Each room has its own closet, dresser, desk and a shared bathroom, and include free WiFi and daily housekeeping.
