Also, for those of you who prefer a hard copy, you can print the cookbook as well. Personally, I like to work off of my laptop when cooking lately. Provided I can protect it from splashes and smudges, I like to have all my recipes in my computer to help me keep them organized. I also love the ability to easily search for a recipe versus flipping through numerous cookbooks trying to find something.
I recall thinking in the past that it seemed so over the top to have a laptop in the kitchen. I believe the first time I saw someone doing that was in Martha Stewart’s magazine. Now, it seems like the norm to me.
