Ahhh, summer! Time to kick back on a nice vacation, relax and unwind. But what about keeping on track with fitness goals?
I’m looking forward to going on a trip for a week or so at the end of June and – like many of you – have been trying to fit regular exercise into my healthy lifestyle. I go to the gym, bike or walk, and try to take in a fitness class. It’s important to me that I enjoy some physical activity while I’m away, but do I really want to be a slave to a hotel gym?
Sometimes, tweaking our perspective about exercise can not only help us stay fit and healthy on vacation, but may help us better enjoy our healthy lifestyle routines year round.
