Are You Ready to Try Something Different?

woman trying something differentToday’s blog post is a shameless plug, so please forgive us for this one post. But we find it necessary to take a step back, for our new blog subscribers and old, to remind them how our blog A Weight Lifted is here for them.

This year marks the eighth year of A Weight Lifted, one of the first blogs dedicated entirely to women who struggle with eating and weight. In 2005, we saw the need for a place where they could receive real, time-tested advice for long-term weight management, not sold more promises that life would be perfect if they could just eat fewer carbs or get better abs.

If you are a woman who struggles with eating and weight, there are so many reasons to read A Weight Lifted. But in our eyes, and from what readers have told us over the years, the #1 reason to read our blog is because you are ready to try something different.

You are ready to address what is really keeping you “stuck.”

You are ready to look at weight and weight loss differently.

You are ready to leave diets behind and embrace eating in a way that makes you feel great.

You are ready to live life fully, and free yourself from worries about weight.

You are ready to stop fighting your body and support it.

You are ready to change how you think in order to change how you look and feel.

Just like at our healthy weight loss retreat, our blog is a community of women like you who share your struggles with eating and weight and are on the same path as you – to try something different.

There’s really no other place like Green Mountain and our blog, A Weight Lifted, to connect and conspire in reaching goals and build an unwavering network of support.

We invite you to share your thoughts, questions, or requests with our team so we can continue to provide what you need. And thank you for your continued support.
