Mindfulness During the Holidays


It’s that time of year again! The onslaught of holiday food makes many of us a little nervous.  Are we going to come out the other end feeling great, indulged in a lot of healthy eating (realizing the definition of healthy eating is much broader this time of year), having enjoyed the many delights of the season?
