How many ways can you say tasty, quick and healthy? We’ve got three for you in today’s recipe featuring the highly versatile and highly nutritious cannellini bean.  A good source of protein, fiber, complex carbs and much more, they bring out the best in quick salads.  What’s even better?  We use canned beans — how easy is that?

  1. Can’t beat a Cannellini bean for creamy texture, and mild flavor that plays well with others. All three recipes are tempting. And I love how easy and quick they are.
