I’m practicing what I preach and taking a long weekend free of blogging, checking email and other such work-related things.  After all, Labor Day began as a tribute to working women and men, and what better way to honor that than to give ourselves some down time.

Our hope for you this Labor Day weekend — even if you’re not where this holiday is celebrated — is that you have the opportunity to spend time taking care of yourself, whatever that means for you.

If you’re looking for some good healthy eating tips to carry you  through the weekend, check out our FitBriefing Healthy Eating: Pump Up the Pleasure.”

Our wishes for a great long weekend for everyone lucky enough to have one!
