WHO is Rebecca Scritchfield?
We are big fans of Rebecca Scritchfield here at Green Mountain at Fox Run. And why wouldn’t we be? You name it and she’s done it — she’s a well-being coach, registered dietitian nutritionist, podcast host, certified health and fitness specialist, wife, and mother.
…and author! We are inspired by Rebecca’s book Body Kindness: Transform your health from the inside out and never say diet again (Workman Publishing, 2016), which Publisher’s Weekly calls “a rousing guide to better health” and The New York Times describes as “simple and true”.
Rebecca has appeared in over 100 media outlets ranging from NBC Nightly News to O Magazine.
