Green Mountain at Fox Run has an immediate opening for a Resident Advocate. This is a great opportunity for a Green Mountain past participant or alumna who would like to immerse herself in the Green Mountain environment for an extended period of time. It’s also an opportunity for college or graduate students who want to work part-time (PT), receive some income and have time to pursue academic studies.

We are seeking an experienced, mature, confident, organized, and friendly front desk & guest relations representative for a variety of scheduled shifts consisting of week nights, week days, and every other weekend. This is a 4-6 month resident position that provides, in addition to full room and board, paid PT guest services hours with earnings up to $275 a week. Position is renewable every four months, based on performance, business need, and interest.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and service to our resident guests by being available to them
  • Provide transportation for our participants to facilities in the surrounding area
  • Provide on-call hours during the day and evening a few days a week per a predetermined schedule
  • Provide administrative and general office services as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • 1-year Experience in a resident leader position preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Background check

Position Reports to: Director of Finance & Administration


  • Shared guest room accommodations with another Resident Advocate
  • All meals
  • $15.00 an hour for all office and front desk services  (approximately 20-25 hrs/week)
  • Part-time, Non-Exempt, No Benefits

Sales & Reservationist Representative & Customer Service/Office Administrator

This full-time, fully benefited, multi-faceted position is a blend of that of a Reservationist/Sales person, Customer Service and Patient/Client scheduler, and Office administrator.

Experience in the following areas:

Customer Service Experience

Sales and Reservationist Experience

Receptionist Experience

Patient/Client Billing and bookkeeper

Computer and software experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, QuickBooks, Therapy Notes or other EMR software, Salesforce or other CRM software

Inbound and Outbound Telephone Sales:

  • Sell the GMFR program and products that we are passionate about, which includes selling lifestyle, education, and support.
  • Handle inbound telephone calls from prospective and current GMFR clients and manage the customer relationship process from the initial inquiry to the ultimate conversion to a reservation.
  • Identify opportunities for outbound telephone calls and e-mail exchanges that could potentially lead to a reservation and follow through on those opportunities.


  • Using Salesforce software, accurately price, package, and enter reservation information including payment details of a reservation.
  • Program Advisor over the phone will provide genuine compassion, care, and answer all questions or concerns an existing client, former or potential client may have.

Office Administration:

  • Client billing and collection
  • Bookkeeping
  • Client record keeping
  • Receptionist
  • Creating graphs and reports from Excel and Salesforce
  • Working with Salesforce to analyze data, and to create forms, fields and reports

This is a full-time, fully benefited, position with opportunities for growth.

Salary: $37,440-$40,000/year

Fitness Manager

Experience in:

  • Teaching and leading group exercise movement and educational classes
  • Personal Training
  • Perform Fitness Assessments including HR/ BP
  • Knowledge of progressions and regressions of all exercises

Some Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Hire and Manage Fitness Instructors, Payroll and Scheduling according to budget
  • Preform Wellness Assessments weekly for participants
  • Create Modifications for all incoming participants and communicate it to rest of fitness staff
  • Teach Fitness, Movement and Educational Classes weekly
  • Help coordinate schedules for specialty weekends
  • Maintain inventory and upkeep of all fitness supplies and equipment
  • Provide individual Personal Training or coaching as needed (opportunity for incentive bonuses)
  • Provide limited amount of educational blogging and marketing promotional materials


BS in Exercise Science or Physiology, Health Science, Fitness Management (or alike)

CPR/AED & First Aid Certified

Nationally Recognized Group Fitness and Personal Training Certification
