We get it. Everyone enters with their own fears and concerns. The good news is that women of all ages, sizes and fitness levels can participate fully in our program. If you have special dietary needs, we can accommodate that, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, Kosher and more. We also offer extensive fitness modifications with enough variety to keep you feeling challenged and inspired. You’ll learn. You’ll be inspired. You’ll even have fun!
