I expected to have an exercise program that I could take home and I do. More is my change in attitude toward food and exercise. Seeing proper portions each day has given me a good start.

The ability to get away from family responsibility and focus on me. To enjoy a nurturing, restful environment with women who share similar problems. Being able to work at my own pace and not feeling stressed to keep up.

The feeling that there are qualified professionals who can show me the correct way for me on my journey. To be in a place where there is always the time for the individual and not being just one of a large number of people.
