Designed to support you in staying on track as you deal with the stresses and distractions of home, our coaching sessions are individually tailored to your specific goals and created with your immediate needs in mind. Depending on your needs, you can work with:
Get ongoing support as you maintain and extend the positive lifestyle changes you worked for during your stay at Green Mountain at Fox Run. Erin is an experienced phone coach and an expert in listening, encouraging, and giving you personal guidance as you move on to further successes. She is available for single short sessions or regular follow-up support.
