Darla’s classes are entertaining, enlightening, extremely helpful. She has worked with women’s issues in her private practice for over 30 years. Her continued studies include mindfulness, personal empowerment, assertiveness training, women’s issues. Darla has presented workshops on topics ranging from positive psychology to stress and time management. Darla brings a special joie de vivre to all aspects of her work.

In addition to her classes, Darla is available for one-on-one sessions and phone coaching with participants looking for additional support in creating lasting change.
