Makes 4 servings
1 pound cooked turkey breast meat
¼ cup chopped celery
¼ cup chopped scallion
¼ cup dried cranberries
Dash of cayenne
¼ cup Raspberry Maple Poppy Seed Dressing
½ teaspoon salt
Dice turkey breast and toss with vegetables, cranberries, cayenne and dressing. If you are not roasting your own turkey, taste to see if salt is needed before adding it.
