Green Mountain at Fox Run offers targeted tracks for certain medical conditions, eating concerns and college women. Built on our powerful healthy lifestyle program for women, these specialized tracks run in concert with our regular program every week throughout the year. Special weeks featuring outside experts in the areas of concern are periodically offered.
Binge Eating. Almost 40 years ago Green Mountain pioneered the first program to help women who binge eat achieve healthy weights. This program for women who struggle with weight and binge eating helps you understand the triggers and the emotions behind binge eating. You'll also develop and practice healthy attitudes about and behaviors around food, your body and yourself. Established in 1973, Green Mountain is also the only program of its type exclusively for women, which adds a powerful dimension to its effectiveness.
Extended Stay Program. For women who feel a longer immersion in our innovative and supportive healthy living environment is what they need to make the changes important to their health.
Food Addiction. For women who struggle with addictive-type behaviors around food. Understand the genetic predispositions and behavioral patterns that can lead to addictive-type reactions, and in our safe environment, explore how to manage them.
Gastric Bypass & Lapband Surgery. For women who are considering or who have had bariatric surgery. Maximize your success by learning to trust your body, changing the way you think about food, eating, your body and your weight, and how you deal with emotions that lead you to eat.
