Although most women find that our regular program is ideal for preventing or managing these health issues, some women want and need more.
- Type 2 Diabetes. For women who seek to prevent or master Type 2 diabetes, this special service offers a protocol especially designed to help speed your body’s response to a healthy lifestyle. You’ll learn how to make healthy living a natural part of your life, something you do because it feels good, not because you have to do it.
- Insulin Resistance/Prediabetes/Metabolic Syndrome.For women with insulin resistance, a precursor to prediabetes and/or metabolic syndrome. Learn how to use food and nutrients to heal insulin resistance.
- Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS).For women who want to better explore and experience how a non-diet healthy lifestyle can help manage symptoms of PCOS, including carbohydrate cravings, insulin resistance and weight struggles. Learn how to eat well for PCOS and manage your weight without feeling restricted or deprived.
Additionally, we are offer our Healing with Food program for women with underlying physical health challenges that interfere with their ability to adopt or maintain a healthy lifestyle and achieve a healthy weight.
- Healing with Food. Learn how to use food and nutrients in a therapeutic way to help with problems such as gastrointestinal difficulties like bloating, gas, constipation or diarrhea; unexplained joint pain, arthritis or fibromyalgia; unexplained hunger and cravings even when you eat mindfully; fatigue that interferes with staying active and feeding yourself well.
