Mastering Type 2 Diabetes and Prediabetes: A Lifestyle & Mind/Body Approach

Living Well: A Women's Healthy Lifestyle Program for Mastering Type 2 Diabetes & Prediabetes

An intensive week-long program of healthy lifestyle change featuring a staff of:

  • Medical, behavioral health, nutrition, exercise physiology and clinical psychology experts from Joslin Diabetes Center

  • Lifestyle specialists in metabolism, nutrition, exercise physiology and behavioral health from Green Mountain at Fox Run, and

  • A clinical endocrinologist specializing in Type 2 diabetes

Each day features a structured, sequentially designed program of practical workshops on managing diabetes, dealing with diabetes burnout and healthy eating coupled with a progressive and supervised program of fitness.

By the time you leave, you'll have your eating, fitness and behavioral plan in place, ready to make a successful transition home...and have the confidence of understanding what you are doing and how to do it.
