Green Mountain at Fox Run offers a time-tested program directed
by caring, skilled professionals in the fields of nutrition,
metabolism, exercise physiology, psychology, and stress management.
Since 1973, we have been helping women adopt a way of living
that supports their fitness and health goals and that they
can put in place at home.

In small groups, registered dietitians help women learn
to how to eat instead of starve, to feed themselves well
with meals and snacks that feature a healthy blend of
enjoyment and good nutrition that also supports health,
healthy weights, and diabetes care.

Exercise physiologists instill the joy of movement by
introducing a myriad of fun, feel-good physical activities
in which all women, regardless of fitness status, can
participate.

Our behavioral therapist helps women understand the
attitudes and behaviors that have defeated their health
and weight management efforts in the past, and to adopt
new ways of thinking that can change their lives for the
better.
The Living Well program combines this healthy lifestyle approach
with the knowledge and skill of diabetes educators from the
Joslin Diabetes Center, Harvard Medical School, in Boston
for a hands-on experience unlike any other in diabetes care.
