This year marks the eighth year of A Weight Lifted, one of the first blogs dedicated entirely to women who struggle with eating and weight. In 2005, we saw the need for a place where they could receive real, time-tested advice for long-term weight management, not sold more promises that life would be perfect if they could just eat fewer carbs or get better abs.
