Frustrated that you just can’t get your exercise mojo working? That you always seem to be full of excuses for not getting a fitness routine down?
One exercise obstacle can be not being ready when the mood strikes! To help, Green Mountain at Fox Run has put together a gym bag checklist so you’re always ready to go… after work, before work, when running errands, and during super busy times.
We recommend keeping your gym bag in your car so the next time you think about heading to the gym and start listing off excuses why you can’t go, “not being ready” is one less excuse you can use. Plus, having all the stuff you’ll need to be comfortable during your workout and after your workout just makes the whole experience more pleasurable.
So, what to pack in a gym bag?
There are, of course, the obvious necessities: sneakers, sports bra, pants, socks, underwear, towels, shirt, iPod, etc. But what are other gym bag essentials that are less obvious? Some of our staff members weighed in and popular responses included Band-Aids, tissues, bandanas, almonds, and ibuprofen. Watch our video to get some other good ideas.
