I can’t let this week go by without commenting on the absolutely gorgeous weather we’re having in Vermont. Temperatures ranging in the high 60s, low 70s, sunny, clear skies, the snow is melting, the streams are running. It’s just beautiful.
Spring has truly brought with it all that it’s famous for — warm weather, feeling alive, wanting to clear out the old and bring in the new. I’ve found my days invigorated with new energy, which has had me out walking enjoying the fine weather but also thinking in fresh ways.
Never mind this is a bit disconcerting for us in Vermont because it’s March! Spring in these parts generally means just more of the same — snow — until mud season sets in. But we’ve already been through mud season, so while we may still have a snow or two in store, I think summer is definitely on its way.
Regardless of what the weather brings, though, I’m not complaining. I’m seizing the moment, enjoying.
What about you?
