    I think a lot of times the reason exercise feels like a diet is that no goals are set. You need a plan and a reason for what your are doing. When you have goals it becomes so much more than “exercising” you are now “training with a purpose”

    I quit smoking 100 days ago and have realized in the last few weeks that I need to stop eating in lieu of smoking. I am finding it hard to not overeat. That vicious cycle of over sleeping then eating everything in site until I feel disgusted is hard to break. I am getting up to exercise but the overeating is very hard to stop. Thanks for the information on your website. It has been a big help.
