It's been 2 weeks since the release of our 2011 Edition of Recipes for Living, but the thrill has not faded for our culinary staff. How nice it's been to be able to respond to the question, "Today's lunch was great, is this recipe in the new cookbook?" with a resounding, "Yes it is and the cookbook is available!" For those of you who have wanted to buy the cookbook, but have had trouble finding the web page, this link will take you there: Recipes for Living 2011 Edition.
If you've been craving Green Mountain Pizza, Chili Lime Vinaigrette, Gluten Free Carrot Cake, Roasted Kale Chips, Avocado Caesar Chicken Wrap, Mediterranean Chicken Quesadilla, or the Green Mountain Truffle you'll find them all in this eBook.
Also, for those of you who prefer a hard copy, you can print the cookbook as well. Personally, I like to work off of my laptop when cooking lately. Provided I can protect it from splashes and smudges, I like to have all my recipes in my computer to help me keep them organized. I also love the ability to easily search for a recipe versus flipping through numerous cookbooks trying to find something.
I recall thinking in the past that it seemed so over the top to have a laptop in the kitchen. I believe the first time I saw someone doing that was in Martha Stewart's magazine. Now, it seems like the norm to me.
In what ways has technology crept into your kitchen?
