Position Title: Clinical Eating Disorder Therapist

Result Statement:

The Green Mountain at Fox Run’s Women’s Center for Emotional and Binge Eating provides clinical services and case management support for clients who participate in the Green Mountain at Fox Run’s Women’s Center for Healthy Weight and Wellness (GM) in Ludlow, Vermont. This position supports the Green Mountain Treatment Model (GMTM) which includes evidence based clinical methods combined with the experience and passion of the Green Mountain (GM) philosophy used for over 41 years. The Clinical Eating Disorder Therapist (CEDT) focuses on meeting thresholds for clinical outcomes while creating a safe, positive healing experience for the client. The CEDT participates in the ongoing program development, quality initiatives and promotion, contributing to the financial goals of the organization.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Strategic Work:

  1. Collaborate with the Clinical Director on ongoing improvement of program development, client curriculum and program protocols.
  2. Participate in development and ongoing improvement of administrative systems, policies and procedures.
  3. Willingness to learn the GM philosophy, grow and invest in the mission and vision of the organization.

Tactical Work:

  1. Lead Groups each week that target emotional eating and binge behavior and the strategies for healing.
  2. Act as a member of the clinical team, and provide strategic interventions and participate in treatment planning and documentation for clients in daily and weekly settings, crossing over with the Green Mountain at Fox Run program staff regarding clients’ needs in the residential setting.
  3. Provide individual assessment and individual sessions weekly, providing written reports of assessments and standard documentation of individual sessions; provide referrals to participants for continued counseling; interface with participants’ therapists, as needed.
  4. Provide lectures other services for Green Mountain at Fox Run as a method of introduction and recruitment for GMFR clinical services as well as provide coverage for residential programs as needed.
  5. Provide clinical services or groups for outpatient clients from local and surrounding areas.
  6. Participate in on call support consultation outside of scheduled work hours if the need arises.
  7. Support GM alumnae and prospective clients by actively participating in webinars, videos and/or writing original content for email campaigns, Facebook, the blog, Twitter and all other company social media outlets. Provide educational and professional outreach locally when requested.
  8. Participate in GMTM training programs and when asked attend industry conferences and workshops that support our evidence based practices and promotion of our programs.

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  1. Master’s Degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or Social Work.
  2. Current VT state licensure or ability to acquire licensure.
  3. 5+ years of training and experience working with binge eating disorder and body image issues for women of all ages or have used the treatment methods used with this population such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Motivational Interviewing.
  4. Strong presentation and group facilitation skills in a classroom setting.

Position Title: Eating Behavior Specialist

Result Statement:

To provide behavioral services and support for participants who participate in the Green Mountain at Fox Run’s Women’s Center for Healthy Weight and Wellness (GM) program. The Eating Behavior Specialist participates in the ongoing program development, quality initiatives and promotion, contributing to the financial goals of the organization to provide eating behavior education and promotion of a wellness lifestyle in accordance with the GM philosophy, keeping with scientific literature, meeting or exceeding participant needs and expectations.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Strategic Work:

  1. Collaborate with the Behavior Services Lead and Program Director on ongoing development and delivery of the behavior component of the program.
  2. Willingness to learn the GM philosophy, grow and invest in the mission and vision of the organization.

Tactical Work:

  1. Facilitate weekly classes that address the behavioral/emotional components of eating behavior mindfulness, body image, and stress management.
  2. Provide individual behavior sessions for program participants as needed and in accordance with monthly target.
  3. Provide behavior on-line/telephone sessions for our aftercare program as well as other outreach offerings to GM alumnae.
  4. Support GM alumnae and assist with prospect recruitment by actively participating in and writing original content for email campaigns, Facebook, the blog, Twitter and all other company social media outlets.
  5. Attend industry conferences and workshops as needed that support our evidence based practices and promotion of our programs.

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  1. Eating behavior or other health coaching certificate, nutrition, psychology or other behavioral health related degrees without license required
  2. 3+ years of training and experience working with individuals and groups on eating behavior (binge eating/emotional overeating preferred), mindfulness, stress management or body image issues for women of all ages.
  3. Strong presentation and group facilitation skills in a classroom setting.

 Position Title: Senior Director, Business Development

Result Statement:

The Senior Director of Business Development and Marketing is the primary driver of Green Mountain at Fox Run’s development and growth. The incumbent is responsible for program development, marketing and sales efforts designed to enhance the business success and reputation of Green Mountain at Fox Run’s Women’s Weight Management Retreat.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develops, implements, and periodically updates marketing goals associated with organization strategic plan
  • Develops and implements plans for new programs, services and revenue-generating opportunities
  • Develops annual marketing, sales, outreach and communication plan that will achieve organization sales goals
  • Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy for web-based marketing and social media activities and ensures goals are met
  • Develops, maintains and measures results against a defined and approved set of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for all business development and marketing activities
  • Develops and and implements all external communication strategies, including PR initiatives, newsletters, collateral, print ads/publications, online ads/publications, and various other traditional and interactive PR platforms
  • Develops and maintains a strong referral database and executes a strategic marketing plan resulting in increased awareness and utilization of Green Mountain at Fox Run programs
  • Represents Green Mountain at Fox Run in the national community, and acts as agency spokesperson with other organizations, communities and media outlets
  • Leads market research activities to identify and recommend development of new service opportunities and current service enhancements
  • Ensures smooth, organized functioning of marketing and outreach team, including holding team accountable for sales and census goals and related activities
  • Ensures that all marketing related databases stay up-to-date and accurate
  • Maintains a working knowledge of program clinical and administrative operations, and effectively utilizes this knowledge to make strategic business decisions and influence the marketplace

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of marketing/sales experience in the field of residential weight loss, with additional experience working in an eating eating disorders environment preferred
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker
  • Outstanding oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Possesses a deep knowledge of evolving trends in the digital marketing realm, including social media, SEO, PPC, SEM, survey marketing, and an ability to analyze related statistics and drive strategy based on trend analysis
  • Experienced in utilizing integrated CRM systems in managing the sales pipeline
  • Strong understanding of achieving realistic revenue projections, comprehensive sales reports, and detailed financial statements

Position Title: Marketing Communications Manager

Result Statement:

The primary role of the MMC is to build GMFR awareness utilizing contemporary marketing tools to help grow qualified prospects and assist to improve conversion for Green Mountain at Fox Women’s Weight Management Retreat. Tools used include, but are not limited to, improving the company’s reputation and visibility across multiple influencer channels, such as growing GMFR presence on various website platforms, increasing brand awareness to consumers by acting as a frontline brand ambassador, and developing relations with women’s health, weight management and eating disorders influencers and referrers. The MCM will help to build and maintain social media strategies by keeping current with digital and traditional marketing trends and translate those learning’s into measurable, integrated marketing outcomes.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist in developing and executing the marketing plan and budget under the direction of the Senior Marketing Director
  • Create, write content for, and produce marketing collateral materials to support sales processes for all marketing and sales efforts
  • Create marketing and social media content in an effort to elicit and manage engagement, content and conversations across GMFRs social media platforms
  • Act as an outreach liaison to industry organizations and external referral sources to assist with building relationships among key market segment influencers
  • Arrange public appearances, lectures, contests, and/or exhibits
  • Manage the quality and integrity of graphic design and branding, which includes artwork, signage and all creative design. Assists to develop style guides and templates for GMFR communications, both internal and external in conjunction with graphic design team
  • Manage the integrity and accuracy of all GMFR traditional marketing communications, press releases, sales and PowerPoint presentations
  • Take part in efforts to improve the organization’s website SEO and paid search initiatives
  • Respond to requests for information from the media or designate another appropriate spokesperson or information source
  • Identify important customer profile elements which may require market research, including surveys, and execution of competitive analysis
  • Offer marketing intelligence and support to other GMFR functions such as sales, GMFR programming and customer service
  • Play key role in communicating the overall company marketing strategy to all departments to ensure GMFR goals and strategies are clear and understandable
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relations with peers on the management team and with all other external marketing resources
  • Ensure that marketing projects and assignments are completed on time and on budget

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of Marketing, Social Media & SEO experience
  • Superior writing skills and experience in consumer marketing content writing
  • Experience working in a women’s weight loss and/or eating disorders setting
  • Experience in emerging media content and online blogger and community engagement/relationships as they pertain to women.
  • Demonstrated success at developing and managing a marketing outreach and professional relations program
  • Possesses a passion for healthy living — alignment with current GMFR philosophies.
  • Possesses a working knowledge of user-generated content, with video, social media sites, engagement, website traffic/landing pages/social media pages and can use this knowledge to help drive brand awareness, traffic and qualified prospects.
  • Demonstrated competence using social media channels (Blog, Pinterest, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn) in order to effectively deploy strategies to increase awareness and engagement
  • An understanding of integrated marketing and traditional public relations and what drives compelling experiences on the web.
  • Can review and analyze performance data from Google Analytics, or other statistics packages for tracking digital and non-digital performance outcomes.
  • Flexibility to be a hands-on team player adding value, creating strategies and instructional guidance.

Position Title: Second Cook

Result Statement:

To support the retention of long-term quality participants by: preparing high quality, good tasting meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner) that incorporate the principles of variety (in flavor, color, texture, and type of food), balance, and moderation that meet or exceed participant needs and expectations and support the Green Mountain philosophy and by assisting with the provision of culinary education to participants through cooking classes and informal discussion.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Prepare lunch and dinner meals as well as afternoon snacks for participants and staff.
  • Accommodate participant food requests by preparing alternate items in a timely manner when a participant does not like a specific food item or meal.
  • Follow four week cycle menu & standardized recipes when preparing meals and snacks.
  • Utilize clean as you go techniques for keeping the food preparation area clean and complete general clean up at the end of the day to assist with kitchen sanitation maintenance.
  • Utilize standardized recipes as a base for meal preparation.
  • Conduct cooking classes in absence of the chef manager. Assist with the provision of additional cooking classes as needed in any given week and/or during theme weeks and alumni weekends.
  • Ensure the kitchen door is answered in a timely manner and participant needs are attended to.
  • Attend dining services department meetings.

Position Standards:

  • Department of health regulations will be followed at all times.
  • A four week cycle menu with two seasons (summer and winter) will be utilized on a daily basis and reviewed annually.
  • All dining room signs will be computer generated and include the Green Mountain at Fox Run logo.
  • OSHA reporting standards will be followed.
  • Food information sheet preferences will be utilized when preparing and serving meals.
  • Breakfast will be served from 8:00 – 8:30 am with the dining room open until 9 am; lunch will be served from 12:00-12:30 p.m. (with dining room open until 1:00 p.m.) daily. Snack will be served from 3:30 to 4:00 p.m. (dining room closing at 4:15) daily. Dinner will be served from 6:00-6:30 p.m. (with dining room open until 7:00 p.m.) daily.
  • The dining experience will allow participants the opportunity to practice what is taught in nutrition and behavioral classes and will be designed to reinforce what is taught in these classes.

Position Title: Massage Therapist

Result Statement:

We are looking for an experienced and certified massage therapist.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Availability to work Monday-Friday from 7PM-11PM, 15-20 hours per week.
  • Administering Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Aromatherapy, and Reiki treatments.

This is an Independent Contractor 1099 position and compensation to therapist ranges between $50 to $90 per treatment plus gratuities.
